Mini hen laid only yolk?!

So my mini hen laid only the yolk yesterday evening. She had been outside earlier that day and had laid a normal egg so I don’t quite know what happened. She is usually very energetic and screamy in the morning but this morning we found her just kinda laying down dosing off a bit. She is still fully awake and aware but she doesn’t seem as interested in anything. She has hatched three chicks before and they are almost fully grown now if that makes a difference. Her poops have also been very runny and almost diarrhea type. Is there anything I should be aware of or I could help her with? Any advice is appreciated
We need more info, die, including treats, care, any other symptoms, how she is standing? Tail down? Are you sure it's yolk and not yellow diarrhea, was it a whole yolk or runny?

I think your chicken definentaly has this disease...

I'm sorry, I know you're trying but neither one of you are helping, both of you are making the situation worse with jumping to conclusions about the issue without checking complete symptoms and spamming the thread. Please do not provide links to outside sites, we have plenty of actual peer reviewed information written by experienced keepers.

this is good for treating it.
This will not do a single useful thing, it's just blue beeswax.

Sorry, i have used it for my chickens though and it is helpful. But you are a pro so you should probably be the one talking to the starter of the thread.

She eats a mix of scratch mix and fresh veggies. The treats include kale, carrots, apple, yogurt drinks, and meal worms. We also give her the durastat oregano powder in the water. She has been sick 2 times before tho it wasn’t diagnosed what it was. Both times included her being very gurgly and heavy breathing but both times they went away on their own before we could get her to the vet. When she stands her tail is aimed down but she is standing a good bit more than earlier this morning. But she still isn’t fully acting like herself. I included a picture of the yolk in question. My mom believes it is just a yolk but it reminds me more of a regular soft shell egg. I’m too paranoid to open the yolk incase I need it when I do get the chance to bring her to the vet.

Thanks for the info!
