Some of your animals would be DQ'd for things like problems with the markings or wrong eye color, but as you said, since you aren't showing, that doesn't matter to you. But you are intending to breed, so I assume your friend wouldn't have offered you animals with structural DQ's like bad teeth or a split penis - animals with problems like those really shouldn't even be used to produce pets. But yours are nice, typey animals; I hope they do well for you.

No, none of those! She'll cull those types. Ones she gave me are just DQ because of markings, etc.

Thank y'all and no. He was very healthy. We have rats that get in the cage (fixing that problem now!) and I think it spooked him and caused him to bonk his head. I believe he then had a seizure from hitting his head and passed away :(..
