Miniature chicken eggs?

I've only ever gotten one. My birds are a year old and started laying in Feb./March

At what size are they considered a fart egg? And what if they have a huge yolk inside, with hardly any white. Is that still a fart egg?

Yeah! What causes them and are they like a regular egg on the inside? If it were to hatch would you have a mini chick?

I would NOT recommend even attempting to hatch one of these. The egg is way too small, and even if the yolk is proportional to the egg size, the chick will most likely grow too big for it and die.

WOW! Someone actually got upset over the word fart? They must really hate the new FCC guidelines for what can be said on the radio now.

It would be amusing to see their reaction to that!

Fart eggs or wind eggs are just a blooper that happens now and then.

Usually happens shortly after a pullet starts laying. Just a goof in the egg production. But they are really cute.

My girls are over a year old and I still get one of these cute little miniatures every now and then. I save them forever too... I'm glad I'm not the only one!
