Miniature Dexter cattle, can they be run with sheep?

Basically what the title says. Can I put two Dexter Steer in with 11 sheep?

Generally, yes, cattle and sheep can be run together without a problem. But you should always keep an eye on them to begin with just to see. Sometimes you'll get a problem like a very aggressive ram or one of the cattle decide they need to fight. Another problem is them eating one anothers' feed/supplements... Some nutritional imbalances can occur because of that which may or may not be fatal.

Yes, pasturing should be fine, but salt/ mineral suppliments and other feed will be different. Mary
