Minimum amount to turn eggs

I use an incubator that holds 180 eggs at a time and I want to load a whole lot of eggs once instead of loading little eggs every now and then so I want to take what I have currently and put them set to hatch but what's the minimum amount of time to turn them before leaving them to hatch so I can load the incubator again full

You have to turn them a minimum of 3 times a day.
Are you trying to do staggered hatches?
