Well they have survived 24 hours anyway..
Still in shock but a bit brighter, the runner is still a bit touch and go, they all are, but she seems to have some neurological problems, but the hope is that she will improve as swelling goes down, however if she deteriorates any bit more then we will have to pts. The Aylesbury is already losing weight, the other cahunga and the kc seem the strongest right now. They have all had a little food today but not much, probably due to swelling... The runner I'm not sure, any time I saw her try to eat anything it fell back out of her mouth... But she is actually a bit more alert than earlier today. Please god the morning brings more positive progress.. And, unbelievably when I went down this morning the 4 ducks had all layed eggs!! Go figure! But I guess as the attack was early evening the eggs were already in the production line?!
Anyone any suggestions anything I can put in their water or give them to help?
I have pure vitamin c which I could dissolve in water but I don't know if it would be ok for them to have or how much..
Any suggestions welcome, I'll do anything to save them..
They love their big deep hay bed, it's a good foot or more deep so they can all snuggle in, they have slept most of today...
