Minnesota!

Today is my oldest boy's 9th Birthday! And one of the turkeys died this morning. I have no idea why she was ailing. None of the other birds look or act sick so I am going to assume she ingested something she shouldn't have or ??? Poor thing.

Oh how I love my Minnesota Thread.

really good camo!

Anyone found a good way to keep the flock from under your feet? I'm glad they are happy to see me, but geesh! nothing like carrying bags of feed and not being able to see your feet and having a bunch of hens winding their way while you try to walk! I can't believe I haven't hurt one yet stepping on it.

Love this weather!

Hey all!

This morning while driving to work I had to yield to two families, wild turkeys and geese. Makes me wish I had a camera as a hood ornament.

This is Jen, the runt from the very first eggs we hatched. I was so anxious because she was having a hard time and I eventually helped her out.
Jen may be a John, but it so great to see it thrive!
