Minnesota!

I think I just saw a huge shiny lure pass by.....

I hope not, that was not my intention. I enjoy the discussion, I enjoy others points of view, does not mean I am trolling. If someone has another point of view, I am always interested in it.

Heck, I was thinking I was getting to philosophical there and should have had a case of beer in me before getting that deep into the world and its problems.

What adds to this, I'm currently a vegetarian.

Honestly, I miss meat but cannot stomach the idea of eating factory food. My solution? Raise and slaughter my own. I'm not above chopping the head off of my chickens.

I have to agree the idea of eating my home raised meat, or meat I have bought from a farmer directly does appeal to me too. We have our chickens, along with a cow and pig we bought that were small farm raised in our freezer. I am hoping to get my pasture fenced and raise my own mini-beef (dexters or something like it in the future) My DW will not allow me to raise my own pigs anymore. I did that for a while and she was not a fan of pigs.

!Happy happy happy!

Mother report while she was outside puliing creeping charlie ( hopeless task) our missing teenager suddenly appeared and ran up to her.

She's an odd one, when we open the brooder she jumps out and wants to hang out with us, but can't run with the big kids outside.
