Minnesota!

If I could count on the stupid, B.....uggars to go into the coop tonight, I could just cage them and do a spinal readjustment on them in the morning...

But they seem to know when I want to talk to them and avoid the coops on those days.

Spinal readjustment?!!

Mistahblue, My guineas are not long for the world. I am going on a Guinea hunting trip soon!

I had two killed on the road today, I only had 4 left, I have the 2 males left, they are chasing each other and fighting like crazy. I do not want them to infect my young ones with their craziness. I am think Guineas for Sunday dinner!

The one make went and started a fight with the "cluck" that has taken over raising them. I do not want her hurt, or the babies to see their birth parents! I am trying to decide whether to "catch" them with the .22, .17 or a 12 ga. Any suggestions?

The heat is killing me! I cannot even compose a proper sentence in this heat!

I've not had to hunt mine down but I would think a shotgun would get them even if they are on the run - just don't take out the sane bird! LOL

My peacock mentor shot her crazy guineas too - never could catch them. I don't want to jinx myself but so far these dinosaurs are sticking to the property away from the road.

We are down to 8 - including gimpy hennie-hen that the Doxie nearly stirpped naked of all feathers a few months back. She's not free for her roommate situation with the peacocks. She sticks close with her hubby but she chooses to roost in the pole barn with the others.
