My DW demands I start the grill now. I must go and sweat like a pig.

Ohhh you already LOVE it,,,and you know you are already thinking of names...LOLMy dilemma:
I have that silly little turkey poult that was hatched at noon on Tuesday.
It is a lone poult, I have another that hatched today but it is dying. It seems late hatches never do well for me.
Scandiafowl has agreed to raise the poult. BUT she cannot take it until after Wednesday next week.
I know I would not be able to give it up after another week and the first 10 days are the hardest, IMHO.
So is there someone else that is interested in having it? OR is there someone that could take it and care for it for a week for ScandiaFowl?
I will give you the turkey. and some feed to hold you over. I just do not want to be stuck with a single one.
It is well on it's way to being spoiled rotten. She wants to be held all the time. We let her run around on the dining room table while we sit at it. My wife gave it a walk around the house.
I took it to bed with me this morning at 4am as it seemed lonely...
As you can see If I keep it for a week, I will never get rid of it. I am kind of a big softy. I need it gone soon or I will never get rid of it, It will get a name if it stays much longer. A name means they stay forever and cannot be eaten... So my Dilemma., if you can help.. thanks!
Quote: That's the best kind!!!
Excited to see these chicks. We are getting 5 Ameracuana, 5RIR, and 5SLW from McMurray in a couple of weeks - all females.

Glad you caught her and the hole before it was too late.OMG I just had my 1st freak out...I went out to check the girls YES AGAIN.. and the RIR was stuck between a 2x4 and the wall ( from 1 of my coop add ons) anyways i tried pulling her out and the more i pulled the more she tried to go forward. so i ran and found another piece of 2x4 and stuck it in between and was pushing the wall apart with one hand and pulling her with the other hand.. out she came then she ran in the corner and was chirping and it was like she was telling the others that i was trying to kill her..they all gathered around her like they were comforting her...bad momma for not fixing the gap before,,its fixed now...
