Minnesota!

I got Worms....lol..
i had no idea there would be so many...

Sadly I think I'm going to have to go back to ordering. I got live worms and thus far I'm having success getting them to grow, getting beetles, hatching eggs, etc.

BUT THE BIRDS WON'T EAT THEM!!

I'm like you have got to be kidding me...........

I figured the guineas and the peas would be snatching and grabbing like black Friday shoppers at 5:00 am. Nope they just look at them and watch them then leave for something more appetizing......

go figure

I guess they prefer eating the frogs and whatever else they scavenge up. One of the hens uncovered a salamander the other day. Poor thing. I love salamanders.

I also got a new 8 wk old 2 1/2 lb male Pom...
took my parents to get a new puppy.. i tried to make it out of there without getting one..BUT them dang puppy kisses got me..
he looks shaggy here i just gave him a bath...

@FoxyChicken

My first thought was that it looked more like pigeon feathers than chicken feathers. From the photo the feathers seem more uniform in length.
Do you have a chicken that color?

They're definitely grouse feathers, not chicken. We don't have pigeons around here.

Look what is on the way here! Weather looks like it will hold, so praying they get here by Thursday looking just as good as they are in this pic.
