Minnesota!

Welcome.  We have a few folks who aren't too far from you who come on this thread.
I have rabbits too. What breeds of those do you have?

I have standard rex, new zealand, flemish giant, holland lop and french lop. I do have right now some 6 week old 5 standard rex bunnies and one standard rex new zealand cross. I am going to try down size on my rabbits. I am planing to breed flemish giant, french lop, french lop holland cross ( i do have one baby 2 week old beautiful black and white french holland lop cross bunny wanting to see how it will turn out when it will grow up.. or i might try to find a new home for my holland doe i havent quit decided yet)

My husband had to install a machine last winter and kept the crates that it came in. However, he stayed working at the account in LaCrosse and I had to meet the guys who hauled it back through here at about 9:00 at night when it was -20 to offload from their truck to my trailer. We got it home and got it stacked and covered with a tarp. Do you want to know where it is still?

I was tempted to use it for a brooder our an hutch for growing out birds. It is a little overbuilt for that though and has holes cut of the machine to custom fit it, so it wasn't such a great freebie to me. Still, the plywood is pretty heavy and I could cut it up for re-purposing.

We have Hollands, Mini Rex and Californians. We too are downsizing. My kids aren't doing 4-H any more, but I still like to show a couple of times a year. We have been raising the Cals for eating for about 3 years now, but they still produce some nice show quality rabbits.

I haven't dont any 4-H before but I am intrested in doing that some day.
Its silly when i posted my bunnies online on a different website to see if anyone will be intrested in them, if not they will go for meat when they will grow up as well. But, there are this lady that started sending messages trying to teach me to stop breeding animals and arguing about it and didnt listen to a word that i have said. Oh well, i guess some people are just too ignorant when it comes to things like this.
