Minorca rooster? Found him wandering in my yard!

I'm not sure, but if the OP is in the US a Minorca would be a more likely guess.

Just read that some chicken enthusiasts consider Barbezieux as French Minorcas! That’s why they look so similar... I believe Barbezieux come in black only. But Minorcas come in many color variations.

From what I saw It looks like they have the same blue/black feet with white nails.

Interesting! So I guess there’s no way to really tell for sure, but my best guess is that she is a Minorca and not a Barbezieux.

Yes I did, our neighbor thought it was theirs that was missing but I sent them pictures and they said it wasn’t. I only have one other neighbor with chickens and they’re too far for her to wander over. If someone is looking for her I’ll return her though.
