In this picture Little Bit is telling Miracle a secret. Wonder what it is? Hmmmmm..........maybe "Why does she keep flashing that light in our face every week?"

Once a week if possible. I'm familiar with the proper name but just don't know which it is yet. ???? Not sure how long it will be before the sex become apparent. With guineas the female lets you know by her call but with this guy I don't know what kind of voice it will have. So far I'm just getting a sweet little peeping sound.

Hi,

My name is Theresa and I am a friend of Clint and Nicolle. We were all together last night at our company Christmas party. Nicolle and I work together. I got to hear about your Miracle. I raise chickens in Collinsville OK. Miracle is a great! I enjoyed reading about his life to date. I will check in again.

Thanks
Theresa

Happy 8 week birthday Miracle! What a cool bird. Still much more docile than the 2 guineas. Will sit calmly on my arm while I walk around. They are still in a cage in the coop so they can see the other birds but don't get pecked. When I do let them out among the other birds every one of them (older guineas and chickens alike) wants to peck the young ones. I know that's normal but I still hate it.

Thanks to everyone for keeping up with our progress. This guy might not live long but I feel like by sharing his life with you all it makes it more worthwhile.

Thanks so much for the weekly pics.

He is truly Amazing... I hope he lives forever...

I wouldn't put him around any of the adults until he is at least 18 weeks old.
