Miracle, my Orp., is gone...

I am so sad.

This is the first chicken that I've had to cull since my flock was sick this past summer. I had to cull 9 then, but this by far was the worst. Rest in peace, my dear, beautiful Miracle.

I am sorry this happened to you I know someone who had this happen to him and he is a serious farmer and he culled every single one of his birds and let the farm rest for a year and had someone else hatch his stock for him that he collected over the three weeks before he culled everything. Now he keeps the most strict quarantine I have ever seen I had to wash my feet in speacial chemicals so I did not infect his stock with anything. He culled much more then $5,000 dollars worth or poultry and is working very hard to get back to were he once was. Its a horrible disease and I hope you get through it.
