Oh thats wonderful she is feeling better! You are doing a wonderful job caring for her.I have a thread for the wounds on this black pullet, but I thought I'd share the sweet side of things here.
She is feeling better and not so interested in me keeping her contained and she's returning to her semi-feral state. With her white earlobes I believe her mom is Louise my most flighty and non-human liking Black Astraulorp who is my only BA with white earlobes.
Here she's doing her ewww, dont touch me moves

And, my always endearing Chonkers has been encouraging her to eat and drink. We have a slightly unconventional setup, he has a pen in the coop, but since he's a satin he flies right out and uses the whole coop as his space. He sleeps on top of the isolation cages and roams at will. I've seen him encouraging the pullets when they are prepping to lay their first egg. He really seems to be a cheerleader for all the ladies.
Here he is making sure she's eating well. She's got mash and dry feed, the mash is her favorite but here she is trying out the dry feed.
