Sadly, my gun is only a .22 cal rifle. I'd feel MUCH safer with, oh, I don't know, an auto shotgun or an AK-47. Or at least a Smith & Wesson 500.

My dad has a 12-gauge. With no buckshot, of course.

The first chance I get, I'm going to purchase a semiauto AK-47. Assuming they're still legal by the time I'm 18.

You mean Obama.... Well, right now he is the best gun salesman of the year! He has sold more guns than anyone else this year by his talk on banning them!

It stinks. My dad is from backwoods North Carolina, and my grandpa owns a ton of land with WILD TURKEYS, but I have never managed to shoot a critter before. The closest I've come was blowing the tail feathers off of a bird in the backyard with my BB gun. Hunting? Yeah, right. I have never, ever been hunting. I feel almost like I've been left out of something. I've fished, but hunting just seems, well, better.

Of course, it's difficult to hunt when your neighbor's house isn't even 15 feet away.

Neighborhoods. I sometimes get criticized for staying inside a lot, but dang, there is so little to do in a small backyard. Let me tell you, if I lived in the country I'd be outside all day victimizing squirrels and Coke cans.

Sorry, I think I just need to let that out about once a month.

Well, right now I'm stuck with the .22. Not that I don't appreciate it - I got it last November as my first gun. It was a gift from my grandpa. It just doesn't have a very big punch. Oh, well. Hopefully NEXT year my dad and I can go after some turkeys. It'll be easier if we can get the dang scope fixed.
