Missing beak?!

Okay I got home today and checked on my chickens. This chick got out of the brooder and in with the big girls. it's beak is completely gone.....

1. Should I go ahead and cull it?

2. What's the best way to introduce the chicks to the older girls once it's time?

I agree with Kiki, it's irresponsible to let it live like that.

It's Not gonna live long if you try and save it, no way to eat and drink. It will either die of starvation or directly from the injuries. End it's suffering please

Cull also find the chicken with the most blood and cull that one also. Just what I would do. You need a can of whoop butt in your coop. Find the mean one and make her pay.

It does not look as if it will be able to eat. I'd evaluate that possibility, and if that was the conclusion, I would cull the bird.

Im sorry hun...obv a accident i know u probs feeling bad but unfortunately these things can happen i agree unfortunately needs to be culled or it will suffer and die anyways.....please check your brooder either check its secure which im assuming cant of been or move somewhere else this is worse ive seen a chicken or more do to another personally intergrating rest of flock is really gona have to be thought through xxx
