missing drake feathers?

My pekin drake has lost his drake feathers. They were there the other day and today they are gone... Is there any reason why this would happen?

They do go through mini molts, but could someone be pulling them out? my drake looks like he has been partially plucked do to fighting. I know your drake isn't fighting but the other ducks could be plucking?

Yes, they go through a juvenile molt, a prebasic molt, and prealternate molt in the first year.
