You'll have to inspect her skin and look through the feathers closely to see if you find any lice or mites.
It looks like she may have an accumulation of dirt and poop clumped on the feathers below the vent. Give her a good clean up, inspect for parasites (lice/mites). Once she's dried, apply some NuStock cream to the exposed tissue to help sooth it and keep urates/feces from burning the skin.
If you find lice or mites, treat with a Permethrin based poultry spray or dust.

Hello, I checked her thoroughly yesterday night with my husband and no mites that I could see her skin is clean. I’ll clean the dried out poop etc and I ordered that cream you mentioned so she will have a little spa today. Thank you again!
