Missing feathers. From rooster or bugs?

I just got three black astrolope hens. One of the hens looks great one of the hens is missing feathers on his back and one of the hands is missing feathers on its back and neck. The two look pretty rough, but seem happy and basically healthy. I have a healthy black astrologer Brewster and a healthy Guinea. Should I be concerned?
They came from a place with a lot of birds
