Missing Feathers

My chicks are around 7-8 weeks old. They all are all pretty much fully feathered except one has never grown them on her back. I've never seen the others pecking her and there are no feathers laying around. I will post a photo. Any advice would be appreciated.

Those are damaged pin/blood feathers attempting to grow - most likely one or more of the flock mates are feather pecking/plucking/eating.

Is there anything I can do to protect her?

A mini hen saddle would give her time to regrow her feathers. Separation would also help, but then you would face the problem of reintegration to the flock.

It's working really well!! We can already tell a difference.
