Missing Feathers

This little Frizzle is losing lots of feathers. It isn’t red or irritated. Is this normal? I put Blu-Kot on her.

She/he is playing, eating, and acting normal and playful. The other Frizzle is not losing any feathers at all.

Is she having trouble pooping or is she being vent picked?
What do you feed including treats?
