Missing feathers

I just noticed my 3 week old chick missing some feathers on it's wing. Also when I picked up it's tail fell off! It had dried scab on it. Is if possible that it's being plucked? It's inside still with two others the same age. One of which is feisty! It seems otherwise healthy.

Yes, that's most likely from others pecking him and/or pulliing feathers. The usual causes are too little space, too little protein, and boredom.
