I have 2 hens that are exhibiting the same issue with missing feathers. Any ideas?

About a 2 years old. I live in SW Ontario.
Possibly molting. Though late in the season, I've had 2 year old hens molt in January.
That or parasites. Check them over well for lice/mites.
