Anyone know why my duck is missing hair?

Is it with other ducklings or ducks? Maybe another bird plucked some out?

Ducks don't have hair. Looks like some thing plucked his feathers or he did. Love his little ducky bed - how sweet

 

[chickens really]

Once the Down is being replaced by feathers they get pretty shabby looking.........They itch and prune away the down.....
