Missing or hidden eggs

Ok, so my silly scovy girl started laying eggs two weeks ago and the past few days I haven't been able to find her eggs. She dutifully laid them in her box for the first week, then started waiting until later in the day to lay. That was fine, I could collect them when I got home from work. She laid them in a specific bush for a few days. That bush is still the first place she goes in the morning but I can't find the eggs?

Do scovies bury or move their eggs?

How can I get her to lay in one specific place?

Why does it feel like I am always on here asking for help? Is it normal to be this neurotic with your first duck?

I am so GLAD this site exists. I know I'm not the only duck crazy person

I have a few new layers too- and am finding eggs all over the place- but not every day. Yesterday I got 3 eggs from two ducks- 1 in the night pen- 2 out in the yard- and today only one egg... It can take a while before things become regular- She may just be having a few days off - As for burying- I have never heard of it- And i am yet to master the art of gtting them to always lay in a box.

ohh you should put her in your bedroom, then she'll lay them in a box

I put some of her eggs from the fridge back in her favorite bush. I'm hoping it will encourage her to lay there.
