Missing tool bar and buttons

I am not sure what is going on with BYC, or maybe it is just me. My "tool bar' that has the options to upload photos, etc. is gone. As is my multi quote option. When I do quote someone, it comes up in the edit box with all kinds of weird computer stuff mixed in but it does let me quote and post. I don't have any emoticons or anything.

Help?!

Did you accidentally switch over to Mobile mode instead of Desktop? That's the only thing I can think of. It's located at the bottom of the page and I have accidentally clicked that before.

That's weird! I don't know what to say...try clicking over to mobile, then back to desktop. Then if that doesn't work trying logging out then logging back in.

We're not getting other reports of this, so our guess is it is specific to your PC.

Have you tried a different browser?

Have you tried clicking the "more" / "less" button to the far right of the editor?

It may be an issue with the javascript on your browser / computer.

Try another browser, try deleting your cache of files and then let us know which browser / version you're using.

ok, so on Internet explorer it is normal but on Chrome I get a Reply box with no tool bar/buttons.

I'll see if I can figure out how to clear the cache.

I cleared cache, restarted computer. Still nothing when I am in Chrome. Just weird. It has always worked fine before.

Ok. this is even weirder. I was just on another thread getting ready to post and I had my current blank reply box. The screen kinda blinked/reset and I had all my buttons back! So I came here to state that and when I switched to this thread, they disappeared again. I have no idea!
