So some days the mister will make a small amount of the coop floor a little bit muddy, i'm not talking damp like actually muddy. Other days the wind will naturally blow the mist a little bit so its not all on the coop ground to make it muddy. Im fine with it being damp but not muddy as it heightens the chance of diseases and infections. Any ideas to help with it? (Yes the mister is at the top of the coop)

You have the perfect climate for sand in your run. I use construction sand, it's very cheap, and it drains well. I actually hose mine down on very hot days to create evaporation and to let the chickens have damp sand to roll around in to cool off. I even use it in my coops. It scoops easily to keep the poop cleaned up so odor is not a problem as it can be when a run gets wet.

You could add more bedding, piling it in that area (though the chickens WILL scatter it around).
