I treated my flock about 3 months ago with elector PSP for what I thought were mites. I cleaned out the coop and thoroughly sprayed it also. I have not seen or felt any little critter's since then.
I just examined one of my girls. She has had ascites for years. She had some poop on her feathers under her vent. Unfortunately when I cleaned it the first time I saw some debris, but I did not have my glasses on, so I now think it may have been lice nits. I
trimmed the feathers at the time as well.
I just took some fluid off my girl and (with my glasses on) saw what looks like nit eggs. If if I treated with Elector PSP, and the pests are truly gone, do I need to remove all the nit egg residue as well? Do I need to reapply Elecor PSP??
