I wanted to know if mites fleas and lice can affect a roosters ability to walk?

It would be good if you can actually I.D. what you are seeing on the bird - mites, fleas and/or lice - do you have all 3 parasites?

Sticking with one thread can also be helpful to you and to others that may offer suggestions, that way all information is in one place and posts don't get confusing or we don't have to repeat suggestions or ask questions again in multiple threads.

I saw the white lice eggs on the feathers around tail , I really don't know if it's mites or fleas .

Well, if you are seeing lice nits at the base of the tail (like Qtips?), then Permethrin will help with those.

It's possible that there's mites/fleas there too, you'll have to look.
