Mites--Ivermectin or poultry dust?

Hi all---my new chickens have mites/lice and I'm wondering which would be more effective, pour-on Ivermectin on the skin or poultry dust? And if I want to try both, how long should I wait after one before trying the other? Thanks for your help!

Ivermectin would be more effective. Concurrent use should be fine since the dust is topical and the ivermectin is the only drug in the system in meaningful quantities.
