Mites? Lice?

We recently got some day old chicks and are noticing, on all chicks, small brown spots, specifically of the outside of the wing, thoughts? I included an image of one example-

Those little specks? Are they moving? Do you see any around the vent?

I cannot tell if they are moving-and it seems as if they are indeed near the vent .

I suppose it could be dirt or droppings, but should I treat them to be cautious?
