Mites or lice and permethrin

I'm not positive they have them, but i suspect a light infestation. I don't want anything tho get out of control. I ended up treating the coops only. It certainly can't hurt. There are plenty of flies to deter.

Little yellow bugs sounds like they could be lice.

I treated both the coop and the birds with permethrin, and the creepy crawlies I was feeling are gone. I am pretty certain some tiny parasite was there and will go forward with another treatment this weekend.

7 days right? Can it be 8 or 9 as well? I know it’s about killing the hatched eggs.

I'm pretty sure the window for second treatment is 7 to 10 days.
