Mites or lice on comb?

Just noticed these whitish-yellow spots in my Easter Egger’s rose comb. She’s been acting and laying fine, but I don’t remember seeing this before.

Tried looking up similar posts, but didn’t see the same thing. She doesn’t have anything on her legs, vent or at the base of her feathers.

If it is pox those little yellow spots are blisters/pimples. Look at your bird closely and you should be able to tell. If not pimple blisters then it isn't pox.
 
You could just take a strap of adhesive tape and stick it onto the comb/onto these whitish egglike things and see if they stick to the tape.
