Mites or Lice ????????

i had recentley purchased a few bird from a farmer and i when we got home i look over them and i noticed that there were bare spotts on them. the person said that they were from the roosters but i dont think so. but if it is so what should i use to treat them.

Look under the wings, on the skin of the wing pit

for bugs

justgot more info on the hatcheries and they said since the roosters r with them and that there under so heavy production that they lost some feathers:/
