Can you post a picture of the whole chicken
I see broken feathers, some new emerging feathers and possibly some areas with an intact feather shaft. The broken feather and those areas with an intact shaft will not have any new growth until your hen goes through an annual molt.
The new growth, time will tell if those are rubbed off on the roosting bars/nesting boxes, plucked out by another bird or if they will grow on out.
What type of of roosting bars do you have? High production birds are prone to having some bare spots from getting into/out of nesting boxes. Observe your girls for signs of picking on each other, especially during roosting time.
It won't hurt to treat them for external parasites. I agree with
@KikisGirls that you should use a Permethrin based poultry spray or dust for treatment. Remember to clean out bedding and nesting boxes, treat those as well. Follow the directions on your labels, but generally you will re-treat birds and housing again in 7-10days.
