Are there any eggs in the box with her?? I found a broken egg under a broody the other day. She had it all over her.

I would remove her from the box, put her on the ground and watch her for a few minutes. Wait for her to poop and check the poop. Broody poops are horribly stinky and large amounts. Watch how she walks and acts. Hopefully it’s just normal broody and/or molting behavior.
If I pull a broody from a box, she will usually sit still for a few seconds, all puffed up, but will then shake it off and go get a drink. Then move around and eat a little before trying to return to the box.

If an egg broke inside her, or if she has an egg problem, sadly i believe they go downhill very quickly. I’m not very experienced in that area.

No there's no eggs in there, and the fluid keep leaking out of her... yuck! Her poop Is pretty small and liquidy, and a yellow color... kinda looks like diarrhea... she doesn't seem like shes acting sick, but she looks like it(I'm not sure if that makes sense) I hope nothings wrong with her. She still has that weird inflated bumb under vent. Could that also have something to do with it?

I’m trying to think optimistically, but keep in mind that hens hide it when they are feeling bad, often until it’s too late.
Does the lump feel hard, like could it be an egg? Have you tried giving her an epsom salt bath?

It feels squishy, like a balloon kinda. And it looks red too. I think I posted a picture of it earlier in this post. There's no feathers on that part either. I haven't tried giving her a bath yet, should I?

I looked at the pic, but I couldn't feel it.

A bath shouldn't hurt her, and would be good to clean her up, and if she happens to have an egg issue, it supposedly helps them to relax and get things moving along. They normally love being pampered, even if its difficult getting them there to begin with. Also, if she is broody, sometimes the water will snap them out of it. I would try it. Unless someone else comes along with any negative views of it?
