Mix or Marans?

My broody was sitting on some Marans eggs and a few from my mixed flock. Could this be a Marans chick?
(not sure what color Marans but the eggs were dark) I would rather not pick her up yet to see which egg is gone.

Chicks legs/feet are orange

When I look at Marans pages I see black and white chicks, but It looks like one dark egg is missing. The mama ate the shell of both of the eggs that hatched but I know she was on 4 dark eggs and one is gone. The chicks feet are not feathered, but some Marans are some aren't.

no not marans it has a beard on it...its a mix
