Mixed breed duck eggs

I have 5 mixed breed duck eggs that our broody hen has been sitting on for 27 days. Everything I have found says 28 days to hatch. But I forgot to figure in the fact they are mixed breed. Does anyone have an idea when they will actually hatch. The male is Rouen and the females are Khaki Campbell and Blue Runner. I have been candling the eggs everyday this week. They are to the point where you can't really see anything in the egg anymore except the air sack and the shadow that is the body. Once in a while there is movement.

Did the ducklings hatch? The only ducks that I am aware of that take more than 28 days are muscovies which take 35 days.

This surprises me in that your first post said the hen had been brooding for 27 days. Using that as a starting point the ducklings should of hatched well before today. At any rate, I hope you have a good hatch.

She may have began to brood later than actually thought. She may have waited until she was ready, but made it look as if she has began.
