Mixed Breed Photo Reference *please read guidelines in first post before adding content*

I have an EE of the same color, pretty neat!

By September I should have some chicks:

Roo: Mix (unknown— possibly Australorp mix of some sort)
Hens: Speckled Sussex, Red Sex-Link, and Lavender Orpington

I'll most definitely have to post pictures!

Does anyone have a photo of an adult offspring of a Buff Orpington (rooster) X Dark Brahma (hen)?
This is Lucky who is roughly 3 weeks old and I am trying to find out the gender and what he/she will look like as an adult. The rest of our flock were all killed by coyotes so Lucky is all alone and I am raising by hand; any insite here would be helpful as well. I had grown up with many chickens but have not had any for at least 10 years so I am a bit out of practice...

Should be a non-typical red sexlink. Black and white coloring would indicate male. Red/gold and black would indicate female. The pea comb and feathered legs of the Brahma are dominant, as is the white skin color of the Orpington.

Thank you @junebuggena! Still not able to upload pic here but from your info I think Lucky is a hen. Yellow/reddish down with red/buff and black wing barring.

If the Dark Brahma was the mother, than that is a pullet. However, I don't believe an Orpington was the father. That chick has very yellow skin. Orpingtons have white skin, and it's dominant over yellow.

Yes a Dark Brahma was the hen for sure. I don't have a picture of the rooster himself but he looked identical to this one:
