Hi guys I have a male dark grey silkie rooster living with my goldlines girls, I put a couple of eggs in the incubator and they have hatched now 3 weeks old, one is the same colour as dad but the other is a cream colour is this normal both doing really well now known as salt and pepper thanks for any input debbie x

Yes, this is normal.
When you mix breeds or colors of chickens, you can get chicks that match either parent, or chicks that can look very different than either parent. It is common to get chicks that look different than each other.
