The rooster isn't pure dark type color, I don't know how far off that throws things off. He's a handsome lad.

That was an old picture from when we first got him back in November I haven’t noticed any issues with his eye

I got told he was a dark/blue Brahma
Well a mistake I think she called him but he is handsome
 
Assuming the cockerel is gold/silver split but still pure for partridge, you will get a variety of offspring. The female offspring could be red with some white penciling, all white, red with some black penciling, or silver with some black penciling. The male offspring could look like the father, look like a leaky partridge Brahma, be white with some red leakage, or be red with some white leakage.
