Mixed flock, turkeys/chickens 18 weeks, OK to put entire flock on layer food now?

Can the turkeys eat the higher calcium at 18 weeks? OK to put chickens on layer at 18 weeks before egg laying starts?

Do you have roosters or toms? The extra calcium isn't good for them or any hen that isn't actively laying.

You never really have to put them on layer feed. You could keep them all on grower, or switch to a flock feed and just offer oyster shell on the side. The hens will eat what they need.
