well i put eggs in on monday thinking the eggs i got on ebay would be here the next day but they didn't show up until thursday so my question is will the ebay eggs be alright when i take the first eggs out of the turner on day 18?

they should be fine. Just dont keep the door open no longer than you have to

3 days isent to far apart !! You should be ok !!!! The only problem with staggered hatches is the hum day 18-21.

should i keep turning the ebay eggs i should i keep the cover on and wait?

It would probably be best to just not turn them, so you don't risk jeopardizing the other eggs. A few days early shouldn't affect them that much

I did a staggered hatch last summer, same thing where one batch took way longer to get to me than the other. They were 5 day apart and I was afraid to quit turning too early for the 'younger' eggs, so on day 18 & 19 for the 'older eggs, I just turned the 'younger' batch once instead of 3-5. Had a great hatch from both sets.
