Mixed red pullets at TSC - what's what?

They have a bin of mixed red pullets at TSC that could be any of several reddish breeds/hybrids, including possibly RIRs. I am really wanting some RIRs, and I wondered if there are some clues that I can look for to try and pick out which ones might be RIR.

Some are signficantly darker all over than the others, and also I noticed some have two darker streaks down their backs. Are the darker more solid ones possibly RIRs?

The ones with the two dark streaks sound like Red sex links. As for the RIRs google is your best friend, once you get an idea on what that chick looks like the breed anyways, you will have a better chance of picking them out.

That's what I was thinking and hoping...the darkest ones without stripes may well be the RIRs or NJRs. I think I may go back and get some. I'm actually hoping one might turn out to be a RIR rooster, even though they're supposed to be pullets.

Haha, well you might get what you want. Its always a 90% chance of a pullet being a roo or the other way around. I got that luck a few years ago, but i wanted a pullet, he turned out to be a big roo. A GLW anyways not a RIR

Yep, pick the darkest red in the bin.

I got 4 from the bin at my TSC and i believe they all are RIR's here is a picture of them I might be wrong about the breed who knows But from comparing to google they look like RIR's to me

Those look like Red sex links to me.

I'm a little confused because in this picture you can see one has white stripes while the other has darker reddish stripes down the back?
