I have no idea how you make an Onyx chicken. There are eight different approved colors/patterns for Ameraucana. Which of these are included with the Ayam Cemani in this mix? If you can tell me something about the genetic background of the Ameraucana in that rooster I might be able to make some guesses. With that much AC in the mix you should get a lot of black chicks and some barred cockerels with the Barred Rock, but what else you could get will depend on what else is in the mix.

The speckles on the Mille Fleur come from a recessive gene, they will not show up on the next generation.

With your Mille Fleur rooster

Barred Rocks will give you black sex links. The males will be black barred and the females solid black.

RIR should give you red chicks.

ISA Brown are a red sex linked commercial hybrid so their color genetics are mixed. You will get some red chicks, not sure what else you might get.

With the Australorp probably all black chicks

With your Easter Eggers, who knows? EE's are not a breed so there are no standards. It sounds like yours could be really mixed genetically which isn't that unusual for EE's. My guess with the Mille Fleur is mostly red or brown, but you could get many different shades and maybe some real surprises.

Then as I said, you will get a lot of black chicks with any of them, black barred males with the Barred Rocks. But basically anything could be hiding under that black, especially with that gold showing. You could get some real surprises.

Not sure what you mean by coloring becoming less strong, but in any case it will depend a lot on which chickens you select for your breeders. Could be a couple of generations, could be many.
