mixing poults with adults

At what age can I add my poults to my adult flock?

I'm guessing no sooner than when they are fully feathered out, but what about on a social level?

our newest additions just hit 8 weeks and i integrated these newbies with our adults (chickens mind you). We had one hen that was very persistent in her bullying and was preventing this integration from occurring so she was culled. After she was removed, the flock integration has been very smooth with the adults and kids all playing pretty well together.
