I have 6, 2 and 3/4 months old turkey poults. Today I picked up some chicks from a friend (will be separate from the turkeys) and she gave me 3 one year old guineas. Two female and one male. I live in town and the chickens will be at my house. The turkeys and guinea will be at the in-laws 5 minutes away where I will go daily to care for them. My father in law is helping as well, he retired and home almost 24/7. Just wondering if anyone else have turkeys and guinea together and how they do together?

Read the thread Raising Guinea Fowl 101 and pay particular attention to posts made by @PeepsCA .

Guineas are flock birds and do best in large groups. I never recommend having fewer than 10 guineas to allow them to develop proper flock dynamics.

Guineas will bond very easily with turkeys. This does not tend to be a good thing for the turkeys. Guineas having entirely different mannerisms than any other poultry can cause other poultry a great deal of stress.

My friend had them in with her 23 hens and they were fine with them. She just didn’t like how loud they were. They are very good alarms lol.
