Ok here. I've had more rest met my dearest friends and that pimple has gone. A big plus I spoke to my neighbour on the problem we have here.

How's the exercises going? Is the pain easing off a little more

Yes, the exercises are getting easier and of course I have new ones added to build my strength. Once I get moving in the morning, the pain get better. Thanks for checking on me

Well bear in mind until Elizabeth died I had two that were pretty tough to distinguish. So i have had some practice. Diana always had more white on her rump and helpfully over time developed white flecks on her head.

Yeh, you would have much sharper eye than I do!
